1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Faction Diagnostics website and platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. Faction Diagnostics reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of Service

Faction Diagnostics is a diagnostic platform designed to help strategy game players identify performance bottlenecks and apply faction-specific solutions through visual problem-solving and replay analysis. The Service provides educational content, tactical guides, decision trees, and diagnostic tools intended for players at all skill levels—from those new to faction selection through intermediate players diagnosing performance gaps, and content creators explaining strategic decision-making processes.

The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee that all content will be error-free, complete, or applicable to every player's individual circumstances or game version.

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission from Faction Diagnostics.

If you submit content to Faction Diagnostics (such as replay files, comments, or user-generated guides), you grant Faction Diagnostics a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

5. User-Generated Content and Replay Analysis

If you upload replay files or other content to the Service for diagnostic analysis, you represent that you have the right to do so and that such content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. Faction Diagnostics may use anonymized or aggregated data from your replays to improve the Service, train diagnostic tools, and create educational content, unless you opt out of such use.

You retain ownership of your original replay files, but you grant Faction Diagnostics the right to analyze, display, and reference them within the Service and in educational materials.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Faction Diagnostics makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any content, recommendations, or diagnostic insights provided through the Service.

Faction Diagnostics does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful code
• Any defects in the Service will be corrected
• The Service will meet your specific gaming objectives or competitive goals
• Applying faction-specific solutions will guarantee improved performance in all game scenarios
• Content will remain current with game balance patches or meta shifts

Your use of the Service is at your own risk. Faction Diagnostics is not responsible for any loss of data, game progress, account suspension, or competitive ranking changes resulting from your use of the Service or application of its recommendations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faction Diagnostics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of competitive standing, loss of game accounts, or loss of data, even if Faction Diagnostics has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Faction Diagnostics' total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to Faction Diagnostics in the twelve months preceding the claim, or if you have not made any payments, then one hundred Egyptian pounds (EGP 100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

8. Third-Party Content and Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, including game platforms, streaming services, and external gaming communities. Faction Diagnostics does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies, and Faction Diagnostics is not liable for any harm or loss arising from your interaction with third-party content or services.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Alexandria, Egypt, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

10. Termination

Faction Diagnostics reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Termination may occur if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in prohibited conduct, or if Faction Diagnostics determines, in its sole discretion, that your continued access poses a risk to the Service or its community.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination—including Intellectual Property Rights, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law—shall remain in effect.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on the Faction Diagnostics website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Faction Diagnostics regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral.
